Both are echii, both is in "Supernatural, Sci-Fi, Horror" category. But, Mnemosyne is too much better.
The history is better, and besides the simple echii, there are some yuri!! xD
Ps: but Mnemosyne is not a comedy...

Short, supernatural, sexy.
The female leads Rin, a badass immortal being, and Misaki, a sassy ghost-talker, are no typical office ladies: along with their helpers, they are ready for whatever job (or threat) comes their way. Even though the former's cases are those of a "normal" private detective agency while the other's are limited to unearthly phenomena, both shows are heavy on death, mystery... and nudity, even involving BDSM.
That said, Daydream is random, cheap and relies on silly gags, Mnemosyne has solid animation and art, a serious aura and an actual story behind the fanservice.
