Similar in structure. Both feature a "genius+dysfunctional" tsundere. WA2 is more serious, with higher stakes and an airtight plot. KK is unique in having 2 MCs, though it isn't executed perfectly and the pacing suffers towards end of show.

Did you watch either Rouge or white album and want to watch something exactly the same? Not just similar, literally the same. I don't understand how this recommendation isn't higher, these shows are quite legitimately the same thing. Although if you watched White Album 2 first you might be disappointed, it is the better of the two.
