Watching "Urara Meirochou" feels the same as watching "New Game!", just in different setting. In both cute girls who are friends are learning, working (and playing) together to realize their professional goals. Both series are full of cute comedic scenes, and have similar atmosphere and music.
VERY SIMILAR. Focuses just on girls, with hints of yuri and fan service. Main 4 girls who are trying to do their job's under the guidance of a few mature women who are older than them and lots of hints between yuri there as well. very similar animation, and overall feel despite being no shared producers, studios or licencors.
