Plot based around the intersection of a grungy futurist world and ancient fantastical magic drawn from east asian mythos/spirituality. An unexpected group of people with different motivations allying to defeat a common enemy. Similar 'vibes' in the art composition, group dynamics, and fight scenes. Setting is at home in the seedy, lawless fringes of the world and characters reflect this. Mains are often amoral, but not evil. Takateru Suga and Gene Starwind may as well be siblings.
