Both are about high-school delinquents, gangs, fighting, brotherhood, friendships.
Both have fighting elements but they are also kind of different at the same time as Wind Breaker focuses only on real elements. But Tokyo Revengers also contains some fictional things also but they seem similar too.

If you like Tokyo Revengers, you might enjoy Wind Breaker since both have street fights, tight-knit crews, and strong-willed protagonists. Wind Breaker leans into fist fights, but the intensity and loyalty themes are similar. (also the mc is so badass)
