Both feature setting up shop in a different world, trying to improve the lives of people around them, and having to deal with aristocracy along the way.
I feel like Isekai Yakkyoku may be considered slight a little more serious, although both have a lighthearted vibe.
Kinka wo Tamemasu has a bigger focus on food and general items while Isekai Yakkokyu is more related to health, despite both touching on cosmetics a bit.
