Both anime involve magical girls and music/performance.
The key difference is that Kimi to Idol Precure is about Idols, and Mebashi Wiches just has the girls sing/perform without explicitly calling them idols. Also, Precure involves fighting monsters and Maebashi Wishes is focused in granting wishes and has some more serious topics and undertones.
However, as i said, they both involve music and performances and share similar colorful characters and aesthetic.
