Both are original anime created by Sunrise that revolve around a sub-race of superpowered humans- in "Tiger & Bunny" they're called NEXT, while in "Witch Hunter Robin", they're called Witches and Craft Users. Both shows tend to avoid giving characters personalities typically associated with the kind of powers they have e.g. Karina and Robin are fairly similar in personality (and are both voiced by Kari Wahlgren in the English dub) but their powers are exact opposites (Karina uses ice, while Robin uses fire).
Additionally, the main villain in the first season of "Tiger & Bunny" is very similar to the main villain of "Witch Hunter Robin"
