The second arc of Boys on the Run feels quite similar to Kick no Oneesan. the difference is that in KnO the MC doesn't end up boxing but still frequently goes to the boxing gym to meet with the love interest.
KnO is like if Boys on the Run was written in a more conventional and more feel-good way.
If you like the romance and boxing aspect of Boys on the Run you might like it.
