There is interesting elements that readers from one series would like in the other one:
The magical academy setting is well done in both series. in the two series the magical world is originated in a videogame, and the protagonist is tranmigrated to it. In Blinker, it follow a man transported to an minor character. In Villain's will, the developer is transported to a villain professor.
The art and wrtting is very good in both series.
Also, there exist teasing of harem /romance in both series, but not resolved or advanced yet.
