Both shows have a similar vibe. The main character grows up with an adoptive father, living a normal life until someone suddenly tries to kill them. That’s when everything changes. They find out they’re actually some kind of powerful monster that was never supposed to exist, and now people are after them. It’s intense, full of action, and both are shounen with ridiculously strong main characters.

Both of these anime have MCs and other characters throughout the story that have control over their blood and have special abilities because of it. These abilities allow them to manifest attack weapons or defense projections.

Released around the same time both anime stories contain a secret society which the general mass (for that anime) is unaware of. The Main lead of both animes are very similar, both are outcasts to normal society, have special powers, were raised by a person unrelated to them, loses their father in ep 1, joins a group of people to develop their skills and to seek revenge, meets some new people who have similar kind of power like them And most importantly how both of the MC can not stop talking about their inner thoughts out loud and saying everything before they are going to do  read more

Like Tokyo Ghoul, its another human race vs non-human race series where the MC meet other people from the same race to fight together and learn more about his new powers. Some major differences are the Oni race not known by the public and obviously one is a seinen and other a shounen.

Ever durarara and togen anki is just conflict story like: Dollars against anonymous gangs with supernatural main target Black Rider like celty Rasetsu Academy against Momotarou clan with weapon blood main target shiki

This is the first anime I thought of when I started watching Tougen Anki. It has VERY similar vibe. - Orphans - CGI - Tragic I'm bad at picking out similarities but those are just some that I thought of from the top of my head. While you wait for this to fully air might wanna give Chainsaw Man a try.

Tougen Anki is like if someone is trying to speedrun the story of Naruto. The dead father, the outcast who can't control his immense power, the genius rival, the badass teacher, a gradution in the forest of death, all within three episodes. It's even got a useless female character with pink hair. Theres's some good action with cool abilities. A nicotine patch if you miss Naruto.

Both stories are about a main character who ends up with demon powers that make them a target for extermination. They're taken in by an organization that has to decide if they're worth keeping alive—or if they should be killed. Along the way, they’re forced to let go of their past and the people they loved in order to face this new, harsh reality. Lots of action , typical shounen

Both are gory shows dealing with a fight between factions who have been enemies since the ancient Japan.

They both give off the same "vibe" to me. They both include a loud outcastey MC with a tragic backstory, with strong powers that can potentially be shunned by society to a fatal degree. The stories focus on them honing those abilities and lots of fighting. (Since Tougen is still ongoing, this recommendation is considering only the first 8 episodes of the anime, I might edit this later)
