| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Hmm, a somewahat intense episode. Seeing Boruto and Sarada team up on their mission is kinda entertaining to watch. On the other hand, the enemies they encountered are really a pain in the ass. Shikadai and his squad also run into a bit of problem against their own enemies. Mutsuki..the hell is he doing? |

| What Mitsuki did at the end was pretty much expected. Action was whatever this episode, at this point I'd really like for this arc to wrap up soon. It doesn't look like that's going to be the case, but one can hope. Maybe it'll be over by the end of the year. |

| In the preview Mitsuki kinda says he has no idea if his feelings were his own, or it was created by Orochimaru, or something. Still, I'm not sure if they could beat those two if Mitsuki helped Boruto. This arc is a serious one, but doesn't seem that impressive and interesting. |

| Everything is just... too similar to what happened with Sasuke. I just hope Mitsuki doesn't end up doing the same mistake. It pained me sometimes because the director is definitely trying too hard to make Boruto likeable they ended up just creating another Naruto 2.0 But still... I can't stop myself from watching it. I live for the nostalgic feelings Boruto gave me, everytime he sounded too much like his father, or when Sarada just looked a lot like Sasuke but in female version. I love Naruto, so I had a hard time letting the series go when it ended as I have grown up with it. But I don't want Boruto to be Naruto 2.0, if they want to create a continuation they better continue Naruto or made a whole new different series with different characterization, different story line, different character design, and not... definitely not like this. (But what to do, I still love the new team 7, and I know it's useless to rant like this, but one still can dream.) |

| its not much i'd mind filler, its just that the fillers in Boruto are just soulless condensed boring rehash of Naruto arcs...and the filler character designs are just so bland and generic, something Naruto fillers are guilty of too, which makes it much more harder to watch doesnt help that half the Boruto anime is all filler |

| Kokuyou: "I have superhuman powers" No frickin sh*t Sherlock Bish, "strong people..." They're a bloody trio of genin, what about that Jonin squad you literally dealt with a few minutes earlier; I mean, is three against one gonna make that much of a difference when kokuyou's handling an 8 vs 2 handicap with ease. But hey, is it just me or does this bear an uncanny resemblance to the retrieve sasuke mission where they constantly had to split... I mean, the similarities were there when this arc started and Mitsuki left but now. I thought they had gotten past the naruto imitation arcs. Shaking my head. But I've taken a liking to Sekiei though, his odd, 4d-like personality and tsukiyama-esque traits coupled with the the c4 detonating clay jutsu just make so interesting, which is why the elephant -or should I say snake- in the room ruined his presence; boruto obvious difference to those jonin's was his summoning, so this episode was screaming for it to happen. In any case, arcs revolving around Mitsuki have had some of the best stories so far; and with those shadows covering his eyes as he's carrying Sekiei away, there is much more to tell -let's what goes on next episode P.S. I usually write my thoughts whilst watching it 'cause I have a lot to say but I end up forgetting it by the end of the episode ahaha. ahaha |

Just like what naruto did on Gamabunta on the first he summoning him. - This is just classic "Sasuke retrieval arc" with low spec deidara and low spec 2nd tsuchikage as the enemy. - about akuta, it was just deidara clay with kakuzu mask... - the whole story of this episode was so predictable. |

| Reason why I'm still watching this arc is Garaga. He's a cool and hilarious character. This arc started off pretty good, but this is getting annoying now. |

| Meh ep. Feel like I am watching Sasuke once again. Only this time it's not about revenge, but about finding his will. This is typical shounen so it's really should be obvious that this won't last that long. Somehow obviously Boruto will use the strongest jutsu in this series, talking-no-jutsu, to bring him back. However, I liked how smart Shikadai is. He makes a good combination with Inojin. Reminds me of Shikamaru and Chouji. They are a great time. Beside this, the rest of the ep. was meh. |

| Kokuyou's speed is impressive but was matched well by Boruto and co's teamwork. Cho cho and Inojin sure made a timely entrance. It was nice that we got to see the modern Ino Shika cho combo in action though. Hmm Kokuyou and his partner were not born but created huh. Though they were forced to retreat Shikadai's team at least fulfilled their objective. Garaga taking his own initiative sure was just like him though. Mitsuki's decision though was quite the twist. |

| Another shounen get my friend, then friend attacks you cliché ish. How long must we suffer these generic story lines? Maybe they don't think we have watched Naruto, with that Sasuke line story. Maybe it will be different I guess I will have to see. Bad episode as always but Garaga gave me a good laugh. |

Yeah at this point you'd have to be slow to not see what happened in this episode coming ( ͡ᵔ ͜ʖ ͡ᵔ ) It was very cliche. |
