I really hope so but it’s hard to tell as things stand.

For one thing, the Japanese seem to be highly enjoying this and the show’s twitter account fairly active, so maybe we could get an announcement after the final episode airs today (tomorrow for me).

Yeah, I also thought Youjo Senki wasn't from Kadokawa but another user corrected me on it. Enterbrain is a subsidiary of Kadokawa, thus making Youjo Senki a Kadokawa property. The more you know.

"Manga readers are annoying, all they do is complain or spoil the anime we discuss in an anime forum.

I really wish that the transfer students are from some other anime series. I would love to see "Sora and Shiro" and "Rimuru" and I have a bad feeling that "Kirito" will show up and probably "Naofumi and his party". This is my prediction for the next Isekai Quartet.

Ah! Thanks! I was never good at this who whose subsidiary thing...
So the newcomers will probably be from Shield-hero, Death March, No Game No Life or Mondaiji-tachi if they stick to strictly Isekai (most probably).
If not... i can maybe see Date a Live, Sora no Otoshimono or Kore wa Zombie as well. We will see sooner or later.

That's why I said if they don't stick to Isekai. I'm 99.999% sure they will stick since it's in the title of the show and they have enough Isekai animes to choose from. I just said those 3 because the characters would fit into the class IMO. Also, traveling to another world is something I can imagine in all 3, especially in Kore wa Zombie.
