I’m just curious how he got his hands on that bike. It’s op and has a laser beam, so I very much doubt it’s just for sale. Kuroneko said it was from Kanto but how do you get something like that.

Stole it maybe? I don't really see any other option. Or maybe the black market between Kansai and Kanto is stronger than we think.

I don't know how he get that bike but i am also sure he stole that bike anyway that bike is awesome it's very cool and powerful. Courier is nothing without his bike.

Didnt they mention something about Courier relative? I dont know if im wrong, sorry. But my theory is he probably get them from his relative and lets just assume his relative are the one who build the bike but end up to Courier hand.

There are multiple views on it whether the bike was stolen or it was given to someone uncertain. Before giving any final statement there must be some evidence shown to consider authenticity.
