Absolutely yes.
It's like Skip and Loafer with a slightly weaker plot, but with way more romance and less comedy.
BUT, if you don't like weak, extremely shy female heroines, then this anime is not for you.
I personally love these kind of girls and this is one of my favorite romcoms this year.

It's worth watching imo. It's cute, sweet and entertaining... just not groundbreaking or anything but I didn't think it was a bad anime the way some of the ppl in this thread act. I was actually hoping they'd make a S2 eventually but who knows.
