If "Going Too Far" had a seperate page, would the show (not the episode) be given a PG-13?

Or does it still have enough R-17 content even if page separate from the aforementioned bonus episode?

Going too far would be enough to make it go R+ since it has uncensored nudity, and if it were removed I think it would stay at R-17, similar to other comedies with similar content like Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei or Panty and Stocking S1.
