The snowball experience was so relaxing and the message was touching once again.
Ended on a nice foreshadowing that we had from the start.

An improvement from what we saw in the first season, at least story-wise. The series dared to reach higher stakes successfully, in the surreal apartment, in the calming apartment, and in the character development zone. Still, not perfect though, while some episodes were incredible, taking me to the verge of crying, I felt like there were a few weak episodes here and there but nothing that made me think this series dropped the ball. A low 9/10 or a high 8. Now for the Arietta OVA.

Aria is definitely one of the best healing/comfy/SoL anime. It think it does a great job at making small, but profound, life observations that can be very impactful in whatever day and age, whether on Aqua, Manhome, or here on Earth.

The only nitpicks I really have are that the anime sometimes leans too far into the melodramatic and makes things a little too corny/cheesy. Sometimes they look at each other like they just rescued the universe or solved quantum physics when they definitely didn't. As I said, the show does a good job of highlighting profound little things, but sometimes it also just highlights....not profound little things.

Alicia being the epitome of womanhood and wisdom at a whopping....19 y.o. Granted this broad spectrum across most of Japanese media. Age really is just a number to these creators. Alicia is put on way too much of a pedestal and "Ara Ara" is covering a lot of ground for her. That said, I do love her and think she is great. I think a more appropriate age would be 25+.

Akatsuki is ehh. Him and Woody are the only regularly appearing characters that I don't really care for, but Woody is not much more than a gag/sidekick character. Mainly, I've heard rumors of Akatsuki and Akari being a potential "ship". Please God no. Akatsuki acts like a man-child (granted this might be more appropriate given his age relative to Alicia's composure) and while getting better, I still don't like the way he's treated Akari throughout the series. Plus, the man simps for Alicia to a disgusting degree. Just because Akari is super kindhearted and the relationship would work, doesn't mean I think it should happen in any way shape or form.

Um anime fantástico, arrisco dizer um dos melhores do gênero slice of life, aria é incrível, o tom reconfortante dessa série é algo de outro mundo, me sinto nas nuvens e dou risadas sem nem perceber assistindo aos episódios, amo o trio principal, cada uma com suas peculiaridades, esse temporada conseguiu aprofundar e desenvolver bem os personagens, as vezes da vontade até de lacrimejar, enfim, super indico esse anime, uma jóia rara, nunca irei me esquecer!
