I really liked the guitar. The recap was also good because I took a break and lowkey forgot like 90% of what happened so the refresher was nice.

Is the not the real her thing supposed to be in her head or like literally? Is there literally a different her or is it supposed to be her subconscious? Like secretly she really did spill that weird teacher, but she can't explain why and she's having an identity crisis. The other her reminds me of the evil white Ichigo in Bleach, but I think that was a Buddhism reference. I don't know any Buddhism, is this show supposed to be a Buddhism reference?

The recap was kind of nice because we now have a little more insight to what is going on. Apparently it was also a montage/acid-trip of Lain copying the Navi to herself.

The second half was all about Arisu. Lain felt bad about what happened and decides to change everyone's memory so they will all forget about her little secret. Then it ends with Arisu going back to school where everyone forgets.

It's kinda funny, but this episode was probably the easiest one to follow so far. It also posed few questions/speculations. The end where Arisu is staring at Lain was pretty disturbing. Lain's smile was that of the fake Lain we saw a while back. Not sure what to think of that yet.

There was also the part with Lain having the alien body. I'm starting to think maybe Lain has something to do with the alien that crashed in Roswell. It has been mentioned several times before in this discussion and the one before it that the alien represents Lain becoming an outsider. I am still on the fence about that. We'll see how it finishes up, but from the look of things, we probably won't ever know lol.
