| The smoking coffin has got to be my favorite Hellsing "character" ever. :P I, too, am looking forward to more. I think Hirano's said that Dawn is on the back-burner til Hellsing finishes, though. So...it may take a while. I'm curious as well how they're (or if they're...) going to use it in the OVA. |

| Yeah, that'd be pretty difficult. That said, according to Wikipedia Hellsing is due to be finished up here in the next year or so, and the OVAs are proceeding at a pretty slow pace, so there may be a chance that it'll be used towards the end of the series. To shed some light on Walter's character and such. |

| Seriously, though...at the rate the OVA is coming out, Hellsing will be done and Dawn will be off hiatus by the time they get to the point where they might need it. And I think it has to be in there eventually, if they plan to follow the manga. There's things in the most recent chapters/volumes that don't make sense if you aren't familiar with the Dawn storyline (such that it is right now). |

| It really is. The dawn is the best, I think if its finished it might even be better then the original hellsing. Its a lot funnier too. At one point i heard it was going to be added at the end of the ova. Am i the only one that heard this? |

| I don't think that even Hirano himself could come up with a plausible ending for this story. I mean, what would be Alucard's excuse for not destroying Major and his group right then and there? He's practically invincible, so I'm wondering how in the hell did they survive him back then? And one more thing, what's Hellsing's excuse for not using Alucard to kill off Hitler, eh? You've overlooked that one, Kouta! |

| "They" is a pretty vague term. It's not like the entire world is united under one single brain unit. People have individual though processes so yeah - some would try to kill him obviously. It's only through the perspective of today I we can say that it would be bad because we have a lot of knowledge that people of that day didn't - and of course it's just pure speculation, based on facts, but still just speculation. A way to end it? Easy. Remember in the anime series it was told that he was sealed in the Hellsing mansion and it was Integra's blood that revived him. So it's not like nothing can be done to him. Also don't forget who Alucard is - for all we know he could just get bored and leave. Ps. I find it amusing that while randomly going through the forums I can find my posts from years back ^_^ |
