| Duh Yang he is easily the most relatable character in the entire show. So its no surprised he is has the most member favs and poll votes. I love every character on that list except Oberstein I just couldn't find myself to like him, but I do have a neutral stance on him. |

Dusty does indeed appear in the novels aswell but plays a slightly less important role, but he is not a filler character. So depending on how the new anime goes (new-adaptation closer to the source material) he will appear. |

| the show is full of great characters, but choosing my favourite was extremely easy Askaniz said: Yang motherfucking Wenli up in this bitch!!! Couldn't have said it better myself. As for who would be on the second place, I am sad to not see him among the list but, my second favourite would be Kessler. (not just because of his voice actor but he is generally awesome character and I really liked all he did in the series.) |

| A pity Shiozawa isn't alive to voice Oberstein again. Yang is my favorite character, so of course is my vote here. But there are so many I'm eager to see again. And how come Bittenfeld isn't in the list? :D |

| I'm v. excited to see Reinhard's flowing locks animated with much ¥¥¥¥¥¥¥. Maybe also Julian's cat... But aside from that, I really don't like any of the characters from the original. I don't know if that's because of the anime direction or they're just written to be flat and lacking all subtlety. I'm warm towards Oberstein. His face is exactly how unimpressed I look as I watch this series. Yang's extra gross. I get the appeal but much in the same way I get the appeal of Inaho from Aldnoah. |
