| Noooo god no :( I hope when Sorachi is done with the arc and its aftermath he writes some light stuff to end on a positive note because there's only so much you can take and Silver Soul is as serious as it gets. I also think that they should push the date until the manga's arc ends so it can be properly adapted |

If they were going to adapt the Silver Soul arc anyway, why not just start airing the anime at a later date and tack the skipped chapters at the end? Skipping chapters was moronic in the first place, but the least BNP could do is stick with their plan. Now I honestly want at least a complete bg-only episode thoroughly lampooning the staff for their lack of foresight before the final arc. With a proper, fleshed-out adaptation of course, not rushed like Rakuyo. P.S. For those wanting a Spyair song, I think they're doing the theme for the upcoming game so they probably might not make a song for the anime. I still hope for DOES tho. |

We will have to wait. For now it seems like it will be marked as a different series. But the chance remains that the same thing might happen as with Fairy Tail Zero, so I guess it will only be approved once we have more information. |

Dude, that is not even close to it. These episodes were comedy they were forced to skip in 2015 to make the 51 episode limit. They are animating them now for 2 reasons. To by time for the final arc to get closer to ending in the manga, so they don't accidentally catch up, and because they want to do a full adaptation. Why bite the hand that feeds you? And your into Gintama but you don't like comedy? I'm puzzled. Did you skip around? No, I did watch the entire series, and I know comedy is what launched Gintama and what works the best in it, but for some reason I prefer the serious arcs. I've read the manga so I don't really look forward to comedy being animated that much. |
