| Good ep Calm OP That crystal really is bright asl. I really do be questioning how Frieren sleeps in most situations and in the most uncomfortable positions. Stark carry job for the win. Cool parallel with Himmel and the party. Love how Stark and Fern are slowly warming up to each other. Feels natural for a lowkey romance. Bro knows that he enjoy's Fern's headpats. No need to be fake scared, lol. Once again, the ED was beautifully creative. S1 adapted to ch 60. This ep adapted ch 61-62 with sum additions. 9/10 |

| Absolutely incredible episode like we all knew it would be. No recap bs, they put us right back into beautiful adventure, already right from first episode we get many beautiful moments, I am so excited to watch this weekly even if it will be short 9 weeks, was well worth the hype. Also best ED of the season for me, beautiful song and animation, first unskippable this season for me. |

| It was so easy to just slip back into this series like I haven't been waiting impatiently since S1 ended. The way fundamentally nothing of note actually happened in this episode but it still manages to hit all the high notes I associate with the series and its impeccable ability to replicate the feeling of nostaliga for a time we never experienced through Frieren's old journey. I hate that we only get 9 more weeks of this but god does it feel so good to be back. |

| Quiet beginning which is fine. It was nice to see Wirbel's party again so soon. Expectations for opening for Frieren will always be very high but this opening truly sucks. |

Are there only fools in this group? They have money problems and they throw a rock worth the same as a mansion. The rock's effect is 3 meters. The normal formation of a group is the attacker Stark in the vanguard and Frieren and Fern in the rearguard, meaning Stark could be 3 meters ahead with the rock in that position, it wouldn't affect them, and they could sell it and get the money they need for their trip.

They need to go to a major city to be able to find a buyer, and you do know they're traveling to an extremely dangerous area which only A rank magicians are allowed to pass. By the time they reach a major city to sell the stone, it'd put them in too much danger. |

| I loved it, from start to finish: - the way Frieren said she completetly trust Stark would protect them - the flashback with Himel and the others, fighting the dragon (and escaping as group 😁) - the way Fern and Stark gets closer and closer, how he expressed that she was also a reason for him to stick around 🫡 |
| Here we go again! more Frieren Friday! We missed them. Good 1st episode, the journey continues with some thrilling experience but for now, more or less, in a calm atmosphere, aside for poor Stark who has no respite from Fern... XD |

Yes, this is the Frieren I know, calming, relaxing, with a slow-paced story, but never feels boring.

| PEAK IS BACK!!! Beautiful soundtrack? Check. Frieren sleeping like a hot dog? Check. Banger dialogue from Himmel? Check. Taught me a life lesson along the way? SO MANY checks. It's everything I could ask for. I'm sad that we're only getting 10 episodes. But the next 9 weeks is gonna be genuinely a blessing on Earth. Already waiting for more. |

| Already got me teary eyed several times in this first episode. The new director did a great job in maintaining that Frieren vibes. Nothing feels odd at all, the slow pacing, the monotonous yet lively characterization, etc. As a 30 y/o anime fan, I do feel like Frieren is one of the best mature anime out there. And season 2 is seemingly going to keep deliver quality episodes. |

| one thing this show does very well is that it can keep one very entertained even if nothing particularly interesting is happening, the characters are so likable that just watching them interacting is enough |
