Eh...

It was an average show in the end. The finale felt kinda anti-climatic imo but I suppose it was fitting for the way it concluded the show overall. We get one final dance as well so I suppose it's something for the audience to remember by.

Kanon has a cute hat on in this episode too~

Yup, pretty much ended the way I expected. They danced with Jey.

Haneru and Kanou together was a bonus though. It was cute how everyone was so aware of it. ~

Why is Kanou still the only one changing clothes lol. Haneru somehow found the same clothes in a different size. XD

When Jey asked for a cheerful and song of hope and "Heartbeat" started, tears just gushed out of my eyes. I don't even know why, but it was like tears of happiness??? I had such a huge smile on my face watching everyone dancing to Hearbeat, especially when Haneru and Kanon got to dance with Jey.

See Ayumu, I knew Kanon and Haneru would naturally become a couple, there was never a need to force it. I like how they took the realistic route of everyone going their separate ways. Even though it was a lot of fun and they basically went through an adventure together, it wasn't going to stay the same. But of course, Haneru and Kanon will catch up to Kumo and Mizuki, and even Yuzuru should be done with his tengu (lol) business. Happy to see them dance one very last time together, although it was a short one.

Overall, I really enjoyed and came to love this show. Someone told me they were watching this last fall and that they were enjoying it, best decision I made back then to watch it too. A fun series despite some ridiculous parts here and there, cool dancing sequences, and I liked the main theme as well. I will miss Tribe Cool Crew after it being with me for the last year.

Side note, Brave Beats is going to air next week, and a lot of the people who worked on Tribe Cool Crew will be working on that anime too...although it's more on the fantasy side. Sakurai Tooru (Kumo's VA) will be part of the main cast.

I'm not completely satisfied with this ending-- not because my dumb ships were sunk, ha hah-- but just because I feel like there could have been more too it. Jey showed up as deus ex machina and it was pretty much like, "Let's all dance like in the end of Bollywood movies". I just... feel a little cheated-- it's like they didn't know how to end it other than knowing that they wanted them to dance with Jey. I wanted to see them actually solve the problem instead of Jey solving it. I understand though. It's fine.

Despite all that, I loved this show. I loved all the characters-- I mean even though I shipped Kanon and Ayumu (lol), I'm not even upset that Kanon and Haneru became a thing. I love how Kanon gained so much confidence (love her new outfit too), Haneru... developed enough-- a lot of these characters had some wonderful paths, really. The character designs were great in the sense that they weren't like the characters you see all day every day in other shows, and they were all really enjoyable-- even if they weren't at first.

And besides thinking that maybe the robo-Jey bit should have been dealt with in another way, I do like how everything else came together. To be honset, if they had one more episode to put out, I'm sure they could have wrapped this up nicely. Just one. Just take away that eggplant episode in which nothing of importance happened at all and make that last episode, ha hah.;;

Good show though. Really! A lot of people weren't too fond of the show because of its apparent low budget, but just because the budget's low doesn't mean the show's bad. The "bad animation=bad show" idea needs to go.

I'm... debating on checking out Brave Beats. It sounds like a stone of the week type of thing and I dunno if I'm down with that. Thanks for keeping company through Tribe Cool Crew though!

The past 4 episodes have been fantastic all around, from the music beats, to the dance choreography, to the theme of joy and peace, it was perfect!

The main characters are all awesome, my favorite would the the twin, I just love how much of a princess they are, yet not a total baby about it. They have awesome personality. The others are also great, aside from the villains. Jey is especially fabulous, his character design fits his mysterious theme song, but his has a prankster side to him, which make him all the more fabulous, he has charisma, but at the same time he is also a very very fun character to interact with. Haneru and the others quickly opened up to him after knowing him, it's awesome, really.

I really want a second season for TCC, but yet at the same time I feel that the main story has been completed. Any more of TCC would probably just be milking it, yet I still want them. (lol) Ahh, been a fun ride all along with TCC, I will miss the series.

P.S. I am still unsure whether to watch Brave Beats or not, the premise sounds ridiculous.. I might give it a try if it's picked up by any sub group.

I really loved this show, it had such a absurd series of events but it never felt like jumnping the shark and really had a innocent feel to it all that made it just a blast to watch, the ending was very satisfying and i was really glad they actually concluded the romances which i was expecting them to not, i would of prefered actually seeing the confessions but ehh confirmation is still good enough

8/10 show for me, vastly underrated show and hopefully i can get more people to watch it

Sad taste you have there kid you came up to me in the first place making you look more like a kid who got slapped without me even knowing it and start crying about it to me

Well, all in all, it was a fun ride and a good break from drama and overused cliches of your typical average anime.

Considering that it's a kiddie show, it's kind of a given that as viewers we had to deal with absurdity and ridiculousness no suspension of disbelief can possibly contain like the dancing to solve the world problems outlook, evil dancing taking over the world as well as ghosts, tengus, dancing robots, magical dancing emanations and things like a person being able to move and even dance right after spending the last 5 years in a coma. I kind of wish the show was a bit more grounded in reality, but eh, sometimes those outrageous things were heaps of fun, so I'm willing to let it slide, even if I found my eyes rolling on their own at times.

As to the dancing, I'm by no means knowledgeable about it, but I liked almost all the dancing in the show a lot, and some routines I downright loved, so it's all good.

The characters were all likeable enough, too, even those who played the role of villains for periods. Well, Haneru was a bit annoying at times though, a bit dumb, too, but nothing I couldn't stomach. I think I don't really like that Haneru and Kanon started dating, but it may be simply because I find them really weird looking together when they're not dancing.

It's a bit bittersweet that the crew has to disband and go their separate ways, but I'm happy Kumo and Mizuki are going to get trained by the best and become pro dancers like they dreamed (did Jey have female dancers in his show though? I seem to remember only male ones...). I wish Yuzuru would go with them, too... he did get the invite, too, I assume? It'd be too sad if he didn't because of not fitting the lean build standard... Oh well, he always seemed like he was in it mostly for the fun of it, so it's consistent with his character that he would choose to do the fun thing with Momiji over seriously training to be a pro dancer.

In any case, I hope the 5 will reunite sometime down the road. I will miss them.
