| After everything that went down last episode, it only makes sense that Rintaoru finally introduced his boys to Waguri and Subaru. Felt bad for Subaru though, poor girl’s been carrying regret in the back of her mind ever since that argument... a month ago, apparently as they mentioned. And all for this knucklehead dense idiot who doesn’t even remember it happened. Lmaoo. But hey, at least Saku stepped out of his comfort zone for a second, accepted hers, and gave his own apology… and oh, it’s just the start for them, don’t worry. Wink wink. Good on Subaru ofc, as she's finally opening up to the boys. Was really nice to see that. And while one bond is growing, another one’s getting even bigger, with Rintaoru and Waguri, as Rintaoru actually asks her out... on a DATEEE!!! A date to none other than the romance anime classic, the aquarium. And OH. MY. GOSH. Did Waguri eat that outfit up. Seriously, she looked amazing. Ofc, if you just take a minute to put two and two together, you can tell they’re wearing the same outfits from the KV lol. Nonetheless, Rintarou definitely got what he wanted out of this, being able to repay Waguri and make her happy. I mean, would someone having a bad time really make such a cute expression like this?（>﹏<）（>﹏<）  Amazing episode and date, Rin-chan/10 |

Rintaro introduces Kaoruko and Subaru to Shohei, Saku, and Ayato. Although there is still some awkwardness, the six of them begin to build a new friendship, transcending the boundaries of their schools, Chidori and Kikyo. On the way home, Rintaro says he wants to thank Kaoruko for her help studying for the midterm exams, and Kaoruko asks him to go out with her. Shohei is disappointed that their class lost in the Sports Festival baseball finals. Rintaro's friend group meets Kaoruko and Subaru at a park. The girls thank them for protecting them against the delinquents. Subaru apologizes for her preconceptions she has of boys from Chidori, but Shohei admits that he had already forgotten about it. Likewise, Saku also apologizes for the harsh words he said to her. Subaru gives the boys some expensive sweets to show her gratitude, and they share the sweets with Kaoruko and Subaru, showing that they have fully accepted them. On their way back, Rintaro offers to repay Kaoruko for helping him with his midterms, and she requests to go somewhere together.  Rintaro thought of Kaoruko when Shohei described him as having changed a lot. Kaoruko invited Rintaro to visit an aquarium (perhaps a date lol 😆), and she has been looking forward to this day. She has many plans for their outing, including watching a dolphin show, and he agrees. At a dining place, he thanks her for all she has helped him with thus far, and shares with her about his experience at the Sports Festival. While Rintaro visits the restroom, Kaoruko admires a picture of the two of them together. He acknowledges that she looks cuter than usual, but is unable to label the emotion he is feeling. When he exits, he sees her standing with a young child who had been separated from her parents.  And of course our guys helped her out and I really love the fact that little cutie pie said something very endearing 🍀. And the dolphin show looks so beautiful with great animation quality overally one of heck of an Anime for sure.   |

| “I cant avert my eyes from a feeling this vivid anymore” BAAAAANG, that last 5 mins was magic and S/O to MVP Mika for finally making Rintaro realize what he’s feeling! I’m so happy for my boy, he deserves all this. The aquarium date couldn’t have gone better. Seeing how happy and giddy Kaoruko and Rintaro were makes me feel better about all the kaoruhana merch I got at AnimeNYC lol. Every scene with them is just diabetes personified and I can’t wait to see how the anime handles the next few chapters! But we can’t not talk about the first half as well! We got our first kikyo x Chidori mixer and surprise surprise, at the end of the day, both sides are normal kids with a lot in common. Finally cleared the air regarding Subaru and the boys’ fight and we can move forward as friends. Breaking down those walls one step at a time. I love how timid Subaru is at the start and then you see her start warming up when the boys say to drop all the “you’re from kikyo I’m from chidori” nonsense. Love her sm |

| Dude I love this anime so much. Glad that Subaru and Waguri met with Rintarou's friends and became friends with them. They really are great people when you start to understand them. Subaru on the otherhand, great as always. Can't believe that she still had that argument on her mind even after a month ago, she really did mean that sorry an I respect her for that. Just a great character in general, love her. A fricking DATE YES. The date was so good man, that dolphin show looked so high quality and I loved it. I'm really glad that Rintarou got to make Waguri happy and got her to smile, seeing Waguri's smile makes me smile. 5/5 |

| well, I am in fucking tears. again. fuck this show for making me feel shit. Anywho. This weeks episode consisted of bonding! bonding with friends, and bonding even more with lovers? well, if they werent at the being they are now in a situationship. Where both like each other but have not come to the table to dish out the and call themselves a couple. That being said, from the outside worlds perspective, I bet even their friends think they are dating. When in reality they are just coming to terms with their emotions... well at least Rintarou is. I guess, waguri already liked him from afar pre episode one, condiring she goes for the cake shop for two "sweet" things.. hehe. So her emotions were already solidifing prior to us even getting to episode 2. So, this show is FUCKING ADORABLE. I love it to bits. I would say words here. but other than Subaru hasing it out with the boys, there isnt anything to discuss. Uh... yeah see next week, where I assume is either the beach episode or the prestigious school finds out about this communication these kids pull off. But until then I guess its cute mode all the way. or the calm before the storm. Take your pick. Im done writing aside from the rating part SPECKING OF RATING Plot: 10/10 making a connection, weather it forming new ones or figuring out your own it was fun seeing this unfold. Theme: 10/10 Relationships (platonic or romantic) Characters: 10/10 it nice to see their dynamic, from the goof ball that doesn't remember anything to the character that feels sorry over the smallest indecent they caused. but still adorable Ost: 10/10 adorable. | Finally both groups have dam merged, I hope Subaru can become comfortable with them since basically she was the only one with walls up. I guess Saku was kinda like that too but idk he's kinda always quiet. As much as I enjoy Rin-Chan and Kaoruko's dynamic I really wanna see more of the two groups just interact since im sure they'll have some great moments. Plus I mainly just wanna see more Subaru. Like bro just live your life happy like this who cares about the adults bs problems from both schools. |

| Finally, this friendship melodrama comes to an end, and Subaru can finally be friends with the boys. It's nice to see Saku also apologize to Subaru. Hopefully, all these apologies can be maintained until Saku and Subaru have an interesting relationship. DATEEEEEEEEEE, and of course, an aquarium date is the most basic starting point for a relationship in a romance anime. Mika-chan even had to make Rin-chan aware of his feelings, which he had been trying to avoid all this time. A little girl had to make Rin-chan realize his feelings, lol. |

| Just like Rintarou said, Kaoruko was just so cute this episode. She's always cute, but this episode was really showing her cuteness in another level. I'm glad that Subaru and Saku were able to properly apologize. Hope to see more of the boys interacting with Kaoruko and Subaru. |

| So glad to see the group finally expanding to 6! And very thoughtful presents all round, especially that last one for the viewers lol. Rintarou-kun finally realising it's a done deal and about to overflow. 5 more episodes to go, I hope we get something conclusive by the end of the road here. Kaoruko-chan sure looked pretty with the aquarium aesthetics and Cloverwoks didn't have to go hat hard with the dolphin show xD but I'm very appreciative nonetheless. |
