| I submitted two basic entries: one for the Beerus anime, and the other one for The Galactic Patrol. It was not that long after the Genkidamatsuri event's end. Around 4 hours after it, if I remember correctly? Anyway, they are in the queue. I surprised that they haven't gotten accepted yet. These two projects are extremely easy to be verified. They also belong to a well-known franchise. It's bizarre to see them still not being included in the database, while you can see niche works getting their entries added pretty fast, lol. |

ryankaiser said: can't you do something? its been almost 2 days It doesn't work like that; users submit a new entry or modifications to an existing one, which are then placed in a queue from which mods randomly pick, check if they comply with the guidelines the site made for its databases, and accept or deny them accordingly. At this point, users can't do anything; we just have to wait. It's very uncommon for them to be this slow, to be honest. |

| @ryankaiser No, sadly. Just like @Alexioos95 said earlier, there is nothing that users can do at this point but to wait patiently before the entries submitted to the database leave the queue by being either accepted or denied to the correct database. I'm surprised that we still haven't gotten those entries, but it can't be helped. I'm used to the slow process of adding new manga to the manga database on MAL, but this situation with Dragon Ball is very uncommon, indeed. Popular franchise, easy access to the official info (it's written in several languages, including English and, of course, Japanese), not that many shows getting announced at a similar time and also waiting in the queue. If you want, you can check out those basic entries I made really quickly (so apologies for their kind of rough shape) after noticing that no one had made any (that's why I started from the Beerus anime, to avoid making a double entry for The Galactic Patrol show, which was announced earlier than Beerus, in case someone created an entry dedicated to it in the meantime). They are fairly basic, but easy to fill up with additional info once they are added. For sure, these shows are easy to verify as real anime, existing projects, further installments of a popular franchise, etc., etc., lol. https://myanimelist.net/anime/63367 - for the Beerus anime; https://myanimelist.net/anime/63368 - for The Galactic Patrol anime. |

| @Captain-577 Yeah, everything is clear about these two anime projects. What's more, the promo stuff, be it text or images, is easily accessible on the official site, with basic info available in several languages other than Japanese. I don't know why there's such a delay, while niche, sometimes obscure anime get added fairly fast - or at least faster than after several days, huh. The same thing happened recently with the new VOTOMS anime. Everything required to make a basic entry was present in the announcement, and yet a longer while (though not as long as in this new DB anime's case, if I remember correctly) had to pass until it got its own entry. Apratim said: Maybe the anime database mods are busy. Irshiki said: They are new project with a new logo and a different subtitle that have nothing to do with the old Super. You linked what you linked to prove what I said wrong, but it just says there is a new Super going to be released. Exactly, which is why it needs 2 entries. That's in the rules of the site (https://myanimelist.net/forum/?topicid=515957). 2 projects, 2 keys visuals, 2 different airing dates. Therefore, 2 entries. To stay in the Dragon Ball universe, we have Dragon Ball Kai and Dragon Ball Kai (2014), for example. Irshiki said: Aside from that, tell me, why should The Galactic Patrol being the sequel of the 2015 series if they're clearly planning a whole remake based on the comics? It has nothing to do with the approval of the pending entries; that's just the relation link to other entries in the database to edit, it's done all the time (you can actually ask to change it to existing entries with the Edit button next to the pen icon in the page of the entry). We know it's the Sequel to the 2015 series because of the source material, and if they Remake the whole series, it'll be tagged as a Sequel to both the 2015 and new series, anyway (MAL just uses Prequel/Sequel tags for timelines). Furthermore, nothing was officially announced about an entire Remake of Super. We know about Beerus, and leakers are talking about Freezer too, that's all. |

Irshiki said: I'm saying that there aren't enough informations. But there is no need for such infos for MAL actually, that's what you seems to not get. deg shared entries as examples above (https://myanimelist.net/forum/?topicid=2250520&msgid=73787746). We know it's a two series project at minimum : "Beerus" and "The Galactic Patrol". It's promoted as two different series, with one airing in Fall 2026 and the second actually in production (probably late 2027 minimum, then). That's all. So if Dragon Ball Beerus is a remake of the first saga to make it similar to the comic and they would like to continue with the other sagas, it means it's going to be something different and since it shares the same new logo with The Galactic Patrol they could be part of a new single project. I don't if you've read the comic, but Toyotaro's Dragon Ball Super is different from Toei's. Different happens and the sagas end in different ways. |

| Well, it’s been 5 days since it was announced and MAL still hasn’t added those titles yet. Why? Have all of the moderators lost their minds? They literally added many niche and underrated titles into the database in these 5 days and updated new info about The Ghost in the Shell and Sparks of Tomorrow. Then what’s their problem with Dragon Ball? If One Piece: Fishman Island remastered version can get a separate entry, then why not Dragon Ball Super: Beerus? And Dragon Ball Super: The Galactic Patrol literally takes place after the Tournament of Power, it’s a f*cking sequel. What’s wrong with you, MyAnimeList? 😕 |

I'm talking about details saying it's soon to give things for sure. You talk about things that doesn't exist like they're the truth. Does these logos really looks the same thing to you? Does this looks like the logo of a direct sequel to you? How is it possible the direct sequel of the old series have the same logo as the remake? I'm telling you. NightlyDeta said: @Irshiki U didn't understand a word the dude said. Beerus is an enhanced version of the arc from the anime that adds, reworks & refines the battle of gods arc of super. It's its own entry that will help build up to galactic patrol in many ways. Based on the fact it was stated many elements in the tv version were added by the toei staff & weren't in the manga or by Tori so we can alr infer it'll be much shorter & we alr know it comes fall 2026. The Galactic Patrol arc takes place after the broly arc so it's a sequel to that film technically. Beerus would be put as an alternative to super & b.o.g. film & Z/kai would be its parent. If RoF is a thing it will have the same designations(for its film/arc) but also be a sequel to beerus. Galactic Patrol has to be put as a sequel to broly. These R 2 diff entries that were advertised as their own things that R connected. They wouldn't have their own key visuals, official descriptions & separate announcements if they weren't. The logo change is simply a showcase of the return & revamp for super in anime form. That's all Did you see the logos? What you said is a possibility. I didn't said that is wrong. I didn't said there isn't a single possibility the series would be separated series. I didn't said it is sure it's gonna be a whole single series for sure. I said it's too soon to tell the true nature of the project, since there are very few details and one of those very few details, the logo of Dragon Ball Super Beerus and Dragon Ball Super The Galactic Patrol is shared by the two of them and suggest it might be a single series, separated from 2015 Dragon Ball animated series, because they'd want to adapt the comic story, but there's nothing for sure. To return to the original topic. What I said is that since there are very few details, it is possible MAL didn't add an entry yet due to the lack of details. Never said someone is wrong. |

NightlyDeta said: @Irshiki but as I stated there isn't a lack of details it's very obv these R their own entries. I could say so much more that proves it but simply havin their own subtitles(beerus/the galactic patrol) shows that. It verifiably can't be the reason & unfinished info has never stopped an entry before. There is nothing obvious about it. There are details and true informations and there theories. Yours is a theory. Mine is a theory. It's not like your confirmation bias is more important than what's actually true. Which, in case I didn't said it enough times, doesn't mean you're wrong and I'm not. It means there are only theories. |
