| Yeah, Pedro's wife is a soulless whore :/ Poor guy. Weird that he was the only one whose face got to be shown this week ... even the bishonen Il Pilazzo was absent. It was kinda funny but awkward how they kept working the 'camera' so that no male character's face was ever shown. I liked Cosette as the pint-sized assassin ... but now her mommy's back so I guess she doesn't have to do the Hit Girl thing anymore. What a mess of an episode, LOL. That's Excel Saga for ya tho. |
| my favorite episode by far, so far. pedro being the only man shown; i liked how they never showed any men and their ways of covering up. i didnt like the pink haired girl though. |

| One of the funniest episodes until this point, and if the show isn't meta enough already, italian dub elevates this aspect even more (example... Nabeshin has Lupin clothes and is voiced by the same person of the original character) Probably it was for the best that i waited all these years to finally watch the series because the first time i saw it mentioned was in 2007 and as a result now i can recognize more references such as Lum's cameo . Back in the day i watched the pilot and read the first manga volume but it was a wrong moment to do it, so i couldn't focus on anything except for Excel being annoying. Even if i still don't like her all that much, there is Hyatt that is instead very likable and is also voiced by one of my two favorite italian seiyuus (the other one is present too, voicing the pink haired child) Getting rid of all male characters except for one (and for everyone's voice) was pretty funny |

| - Wow, Excel looks nice in that catgirl getup. Super cute, though I feel her personality is a bit more dog-like. She is pretty loyal to Lord Il Palazzo after all. - I feel ya, Excel. Sad to say, but global warming has gotten even worse. - Goddamn, that pink hair girl is mean. That sandwich has gotta taste nasty. - Ayy, it's best girl on screen. She is so lovely in that pink and yellow shirt. - Excel looks so goofy with that high school swim suit, but hey, Excel would be goofy no matter how she dressed. - Damn, we're getting some nice fanservice of the best girl this episode. Thanks, anime directors! - Y'know, maybe it's a good idea that Hyatt isn't dropped down the hole into the water. She's not a great swimmer. - Dude, you gotta be kidding me. You thought that joke would slide in front of her?! - Woah, I didn't know floaties could do that! - Her backstory is so sad. How the flip is she so young and went through all that? - Oh, well she gets a happy ending. Yay! |
