| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Pretty good episode overall. Really liked how they captured the environmental atmosphere of the show and fantasy elements. It looks like Herman made it on time when he was needed the most. I thought action was good as well with Leon fighting. Quite a bloody fight :o |

| Leon really needs to eventually learn how to calm/control his flame on his own if he wants to grow as a Makai Knight. Marcelo went mad and killed his master in order to keep the ring all to himself and told the guys that Emma was the culprit. Leon managed to get Zaruba back and accepted the terms in order to be able to use his powers, thus accepting the contract. Alfonso was saved by a Makai Knight exactly when he needed saving most. |

| I actually forgot about the Prince until the end of the ep XD Pretty good ep. Leon has control now :) And Ema is seemingly gonna be appearing quite a lot :D Happy for that. The fights were pretty nice too. I wonder who the purple knight was? Seems we'll be having a new MILF for Herman nxt ep? XD |

| Hope the prince pairs up with Leon and dad soon. They would be an interesting trio, especially the relationship between Leon and Alfonso. Man the Garo armor is so cool, I don't think I'll ever get tired of seeing Leon transform. Also that knight at the end looked really cool too. Who in the world is he? |

| That was a pretty intense episode! A lot of stuff happened, many new characters, German - top character for now. Dat fights, dat Emma ^^ Sorry to ask, but if Gael was a boss Alchemist, how come he didn't sense the Horror earlier? Maybe fixing Zaruba drained him from his powers, being an older person and all, but ... did I miss something? |

| The show is growing on me every week. Combat was great as usual and Emma really is an interesting character, kind of like Herman. I think it might be my favorite show of the season at this point. |

| Wow what an awesome episode, we got to see zaruba know Leon can become a full fledged Garo. And a new makai knight, judging from the darkness of his blade it's probably Kiba, also knows as dark knight :)! So far i have to say this anime is great, i have a lot expectation from it, and so far i have been amazed by both the plot and animation. 10/10 |

| So judging from this episode I assume that anyone can turn into a horror? Kinda sucks, he got consumed by his greed. Emma was badass as usual. Interested in the end with the purple knight and the prince. Pretty nice so far, excited to see where this goes. |

| After the 3 episode "watch before a solid opinion" cliche, I got to say I like the series. Like a lot of Garo series it's slow to start (depending on opinion), but it seems to have gotten to a pace that's good for the series right now. This episode was the first to feel like the live action Garo. It's something I could see happening if it was live action. Not much more to say, so just gonna keep watching. This makes me want to go back and watch all 4 Garo series. ^^ (Original, Makai Senki, Yami wo terasu mono, and Makai no Hana). Series so far: 7/10 This episode: 9/10 |

| Very solid episode overall. Nothing to complain about in the animation department and the music was great as usual. I really like the slow build up of world building they are giving us, as well as the explanations for the powers and what can go wrong if things are not done correctly. Very well done. Characters are still a bit generic but Ema and German are really likeable overall. I hope we get more characterization on Mendoza as well, he seems like he has a troubled past but we probably won't get to that till way later. Also, the horror designs are kickass. They are like something from a heavy metal album cover. Lmao |

Well in the previous episode it's hinted that they did something to him in the past... Maybe they turned him into a horror or something? Dunno. Have to wait and see I guess. |
| 5/5 Come on, one more point deserves it! It is with this episode, Garo entering my favorite season of autumn 2014, for now! XD The plot is still interesting, the narrative already engaging, salt level, great everything. The drawings, except for one small defect in the first minutes, during the visit of the three protagonists in the inn, improved and remained so throughout the episode. The animations, while a slight delay of the CG, were good. |
