'Kidou Senshi Gundam-san' 4-Panel Gag Manga to Get Anime Adaptation

An anime adaptation of the manga Kidou Senshi Gundam-san (Mobile Suit Gundam-san) will be announced in the August issue of the Gundam Ace magazine this Thursday. The 4-panel comedy manga by Hideki Oowada (story and art), Hajime Yatate (story), and Yoshiyuki Tomino (story) features characters such as Amuro and Char from the original Gundam franchise. The manga was published between August 2005 and December 2011 in Gundam Ace.

They're taking this 35th anniversary thing awful serious. It probably wouldn't be Sunrise if it didn't involve just charging straight ahead full force with absolute confidence and zeal. I like the idea of Megumi Han getting to inherit the Lalah role too while Keiko Han gets to still be around and do some narrating.
