I feel like more people should hear/know about this short ONA

The Art and Animation look so nice, combined with the Music all help to enhance the storyline. Despite there being no dialogue, the story comes across so strongly and well

I don't want to say too much as to not spoil it, but this is a Series I would highly recommend! (Something I would personally rate a 10/10)

Kanamewo...The short ONA was stunning and beautiful. Its implications were equally captivating and portrayed a dark message. After looking into the philosophical take of one of the reviewers on the anime, I began to understand the meaning behind it, well at least the moral that I pulled away with. It describes how life is fleeting, and that everyone must find their own reason, whatever it is, to live.

The music was also very fitting and provided tension while also evoking emotion.

Thanks for showing this to me Toru! This ONA was stunning, and showed how to break through the monotony of life.

ayo kaneki, was invited to the club from my review of Kanamewo so I'd be happy to hear what you think of my reading of it. ^^

Also, since I gotta take every opportunity to plug her that I get, the creator rapparu is amazing. Another great work they've done is Crystal Clear. While its not as stunning as Kanamewo imo, it touches on a lot of similar emotions and between the two, you can get a nice understanding of the creator.

@Brandohtheotaku @siuol_sward I'm so glad that everyone who has been watching it is really liking Kanamewo!

@CureEtude
I'm a fan of Rapparu and I really love their other stuff! (There are a few I still need to see though) None are as good as Kanamewo, but they still have so much enjoyment to them >o<
I read your Review and it's amazing! How you worded your points as well as describing them actually widened my understanding of Kanamewo. I often try not to think too much in depth about things, however, after reading this, I really feel as if I need to. Thank you very much for writing this review :)

Kanamewo was absolutely adorable, I really liked the arty style and animation. I feel that the music fits the beginning and ending sections pretty well, too, with that calm opening and buildup to an explosion in energy as the two of them are doing all sorts of things together and how it slows down as miss tree spirit's life fades away.

I especially like that way -what I think is a guitar- is added around the ~1:45 mark. It adds this undercurrent of tension, as if something is about to go wrong (Especially paired with the scene of that red arch? thing from her shrine falling down) and then it suddenly jumps to life while they're playing and having a ton of fun. Then as it's clear she's growing weaker, the guitar starts to fade out.

I feel that the middle doesn't quiet work as well, with some slow sections in the animation while the music is still going at a fast pace, but all things considered that's a pretty small gripe, it's still lovely to watch.

Thanks for sharing it!

@Cccel
It's always good to hear others opinions about series, especially points that they may not of liked so much :)
I'm glad that more have seen it now!
