Key Visual looks pretty darn cool, I must say. I'm guessing the story must be good as well considering it managed to get a nod in the Kono Manga Sugoi 2020.

What're your thoughts on this?

I was waiting another announcement when WIT announced this, put aside my feeling i think it will be good & fit my taste, it similar with Majou de oyasumi in comedy and it will have nice background like vinland saga or aot because it set in middle age Century, probably it will be comedic war/historical anime.

Story is of course different from Majou de oyasumi, but the comedic vibe feels similar when i saw the webmanga, or it like kid from another WIT series Kedama. From WIT's experience it will handled very well by WIT especially the setting & background because the webmanga have less background.
