It is good.

Him being a skeleton/video game isekai is like the only similarity with Overlord.

It is way more similar to Goblin Slayer imo, but it’s a lot more lighthearted.

For me 6/10 not as thought through or dark as Overlord but quite relaxed and nice, although that guy kills people and laughs doing it :) while Ainz only slowly looses his humanity

it's not overlord 2.0, it's much more average op mc adventurer. it does have a big boobed elf so it's not bad. gets a little too Goblin slayery for me to wholly recommend but it is enjoyable enough. solid isekai

It's not overlord 2.0, the only similarity is that the mc is a skeleton. But even that's different, as Ainz is and undead, while this MC is a cursed human paladin (he is still human, but he looks like a skeleton).

Also this anime is more about fun, adventuring, wholesomness and all that, not about world domination.

Note: I don’t lazily watch 3-5 episodes, biasedly compare to other anime, or unfairly judge by surface level similarities. With every anime I start, I watch the entire series, both Japanese Sub & English Dub, then judge each anime based on what they present, to give an honest and fair rating.

This has nothing in common with Overlord beyond the first 10 minutes (Isekai'd into a game). Then it basically forgets about the game stuff and becomes Goblin Slayer except all the rapists are human. It's a bit more lighthearted overall than GS but still gets pretty gnarly in places.

The comparisons to Overlord are stupid, it's just a meme that has already been run into the ground. Arc and Ainz both look like skeletons, annnnd that's it. The way that's used in the story is completely different, and they do not behave the same way at all or share any of the same goals.

Worth a watch if you can handle heavy themes/scenes of sexual assault, and enjoy fantasy settings.

it's pretty average but also pretty interesting. the only thing similar to overlord is the main character arc who's an overpowered skeleton
