Heh, those maid outfits. I have to say, Klaus has a good eye on who to pick for their latest mission.

The episode itself was somewhat tense but more importantly, we got our cast into those maid outfits to do their work in the right way. I hope they learned something from this experience.

THE MAIDO EPISODE WE DIDNT KNOW WE NEEDED IS HERE

Another day, another impossible mission assigned to our spy gag of washouts, this time they hunt to assassinate an assassin, but the true challenge of this mission is for them being capable maids as it would seem.

Also, the HQ surely has a lot of these "impossible missions", don't they ...

That Uwe is actually a good guy and a devoted philanthropist.
Maybe, trying to be a capable maid is harder than trying to kill someone for them. lmao...

The more skills a spy has the more effective they would be on the field. With such a highly skilled enemy agent as their target Klaus really needs the best support. Thats quite the honest admission from Lily though. Still disguising themselves as maids in order to guard the asset was quite the mission. Five people for a house that size does seem a tad odd. Interesting to see someone that tries to conserve as much res as possible though. But combined with his own beliefs and actions it does make him someone worthy of respect. While i can't fault his goals im not sure whether helping people to the point of harming himself is a good thing. Overall a fun ep that showed a side of their role that i never expected to see in the form of a protection detail. At the same time the expansion of Sibylla was handled quite well via both her own hand and by Uwe's own beliefs as well. Though have to say didn't expect this to be a two parter.

Gotta make sure to not miss a single fanservice event, I mean, for what reason they been carrying the burden of EIGHT cute girls, right?

Now just waiting if we'll get a swimsuit edition episode too. Also I was right when I thought mister omnipotent will surely pick Lily among the four "bEsT" candidates because he of course has some reasons we can't even begin to think.

Uwe Appel? More like Uwe Boll lols.

The Lamplight girls on an Impossible Mission as maid servants hunting down the Imperial assassin Corpse by infiltrating a politician's place to protect their client, only the best 4 will take part. Lily and Sybilla taking the chance to poison his food with Sara being the innocent accomplice, but Sybilla as the plan down by eating their way into Klaus's stomach...and getting karma themselves. But still, together with Grete, they are the 4 girls chosen because they have proven themselves. To Grete who also comes from a similar background, she wretches dealing with nobility, and regardless of how Mr. Uwe treats them, they have to follow through with the Mission.

Contrary to popular belief, Mr. Uwe is actually a good politician advocating for the poor and exposing the rich for their cunning ways. But above all, he hates to waste anything, and would fire people on the spot if it doesn't match his beliefs, and Sybilla: Codename Pandemonium, hopes to change his perception despite his philanthropist ways to only have the bare minimum to himself. To that effect, Sybilla volunteering to boot herself out of the Mission, and just fell short after conversing with Klaus about his real deficiencies.

With Corpse having shown himself, Klaus going for the kill seems standard-ish, and this is as far as the Lamplight girls would go.

Good effort, but still just feeling short.

One of the better efforts of the show so far, although the bar is pretty low right now. Four of the girls (Lily, Sybilla, Grete, and Sara) and were chosen for a job of protecting Uwe Appel, a politician, and also a philanthropist. Three of them were hired as maids, but it was mostly Sybilla's episode, as she figured out things about Uwe that related to her. All in all, I'm glad that this mission wasn't just a single episode long, because it feels more meaningful.

If only the entire show was more like this, instead of all the fan service episodes and all the time used up on the girls trying to defeat Klaus.

Another good episode, this series is getting into a groove but there's only 3 episodes left, although I read that this is a 2 cour show (not sure if that's official though). This old man Uwe is shrewd but he seems to mean well. The spy "Corpse" has revealed himself and somewhat surprising he missed his shot and now Klaus is after him. Hopefully Klaus doesn't fall into a trap like the girls did during the chase. Looking forward to watching how this plays out.

That Uwer dude is actually a great guy despite being a dick sometimes. He sacrifices his own well-being in an attempt to at least relate to the people.

main focus on the trio of sibylla, grete and lily as maids this episode. oh, also sara.
that assassin sucks at sniping. missed the first shot even tho the target was walking slowly and then he didn't even fire a second shot at an unarmed lily who spotted him with ease.

Welp 3/4 isn't that bad. Sorry Sara.

Sibylla, Lily, Grete and Sara are chosen for the mission and they have to protect the Corpses potential next target Mr Uwe who is actually a very good politician who helps the poor, exposes the rich and does not like to waste anything.

Corpse does finally sow himself with Klaus on the chase. The girls have done the main part of their job, to get Corpse to make a move.

I like the fact that there is another part to this. I wonder how this ordeal with Corpse will end? Also I do remember seeing a comment that the head maid is somewhat related to corpse. If so that would be a huge plot twist.

this show is going nowhere. we started the season and ended the main plotline early on and now it's annoying backstory from before the mission.

They left that territory already, this is after the mission.. it’s the following mission.

The impossible mission was never the main plot line, it was just the first volume plot (there’s impossible missions every volume).

MAIDDDDDDDSSS one of my favorite things and for which the episode was worth it xd

Now seriously, I like that the characters are given a little more depth, but am I the only one who is a little confused by the narrative? that is to say, at one moment it is the present, in another it is the past, in another it is the present again and then again the past, why don't they just put everything in a single line? I feel like when I was in high school and I put extra notes in my notes, I didn't have an order but in the end they were there xdddd

It's either this is the first time you watched non-linear films or you simply didn't paid attention.

We're back on the current timeline since Episode 7.

They actually went with the "picking the obvious 4 characters that already had a focused episode" instead of, dunno, picking the strongest? At that point would be better to just say he will take 4 of them with him.

Also, why do they have to say their codename and that cringy line everytime they go do something?

You are looking at it from the wrong angle, they adapted those stories from the SS1 volume because they were the ones that were picked on vol 2.

Basically they got a focused episode because of vol 2, it wasn't them choosing those girls because they had a focused episode.

Those maid outfits looked okay on them, Klaus knows who to choose for his missions, hopefully it goes well. They were placed in an hotel or some sort to take care of somebody, but that man was something else until Sibylla found out about the man's illness that he has, which was shocking indeed.

Looks like the killer is finally on the move, Klaus being there fast was something else lmao, he is hyperspeed.

It was an okay episode

Some of Uwe's problems were evident right away with his dietary restrictions and vision problems. I actually thought they were going the angle that he was being slowly poisoned- that would be a really sneaky way of Corpse getting to him. But no they went for the oldfashioned cloaked shooter. It was great Sybilla doing all her cooking and trying to make her best dishes ever, so that's her cute side. Uwe's obvious admiration of her was apparent. I think she showed true leadership in this one, sacrificing her position from the team but then jumping into another role to protect him.

wOw a real spy mission in which it's interesting, it's not like if most episodes could have been like that, noway. But yeah at least this episode was quite enjoyable, we'll see if that trend goes forward or not.

Sybilla is just the best character in the show to me. The others go from ok to just boring. Grete is the later, so I'm glad "her" mission doesnt focus her to much! The old politician is pretty cool too, I hope he wont get killed!

Let's see what the action can do next episode. I hope it's not just another "Klaus takes care of it".

LOL,

Maid episode. hehe

Also, didn't expect someone to actually be named "UWU-san" (Uwe actually, lol, but similar sounds)

___ ___ ___

And apparently Teach thinks the "strongest" of the group are pretty much the 4 that got a focus episode before this... hmm... (Lily, Sybilla, Grete, and Sara)

I guess they were doing a character build up for this mission, lol.

___ ___ ___

This Uwu-san is actually quite funny, his personality is sorta bad, but it feels like he's doing this on purpose to tease the maids, LOL.

Also... how the F did the assassin miss that shot? nothing was blocking the target, it was a easy hit... talk about a bad assassin huh... even Uwu-san almost shot the assassin hiding in the tree WITH NIGHT BLINDNESS...

Tho, the girls got hit by that trap, LOL, they need more training. But they did get saved by Teach.

Dunno if Grete is actually afraid of other men other than her Boss but she's still wonderful as ever but I didn't get much from her this episode.
Still another entertaining episode, the girls are finally getting a mission! Yes, maid outfits are great!
It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines
and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it,
is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service.

Mr. Philanthropist gives a hint at Sybillia's past. Though she messes up her role as a maid from her spy curiosity, she lands a job as a chauffeur.
