"We cant let Purirun running the circus freely", the Queen, probably.

Merch, merch, merch.

I hate this marketing working on me.

We’re officially an idol anime now that the girls have a manager! I should’ve figured Tanaka was probably a manager with that avengers style end credits scene last week lmao. The girls are in high demand and it’s fitting their first gig is a pretty holic modelling campaign!

Of course here go the villain of the week interrupting our modelling promo campaign lmao. I’m glad it didn’t drive on too long so they could finish up. Once that drops they’re gonna be in even more demand. I reckon we’ll at some point see the girls start to struggle with balancing fame and their regular school life. Wouldn’t be an idol series without it.

I’ve been informed about Kaito and Uta’s age gap since last week ep so I can’t ship it but I do think he’s a great positive role model for her and an example of how to handle fame while staying grounded!

Tanaka working part time at the shop is gonna be hilarious lmao. And next episode we’re getting Kyun finally! Can’t wait, this was fun

So, Pretty Holic is back again. I'm thinking every Pretty Cure series is going to have Pretty Holic at some point; just like how Prism Stone appears in every Pretty Series.

I...kinda figured Tanaka (or rather, "Tanakkhan") was from Kirakiland, but it was still kind of a surprise, especially the fact that the Queen herself sent him.

He's only there to manage them as "saviors"? Yeah, right. Like that's going to stick. I figure this is one of those things where he couldn't stop them no matter how much he tried.

After defeating the camera Makkerunda, and saving the lady who put together their commercial, Uta and Nana are surprised to find that "Tanaka" is helping at the shop, no doubt to keep an eye on them. I believe he also realizes that letting them be the best "kirakilala" idols they can be might be the key to saving Kirakiland.

Next time, now it's the Cure Idol and Cure Wink Research Club, but while "Kyun-Kyun" appears in the episode's title, I petsonally don't think this will be the episode where "she" will appear, but we'll see...

They have completely forgotten that PreCure are not idols, they don’t need a manager nor should they be doing idol work.

The newest addition to our Idol Precure is so cool, seeing them actually not only get a manager but also start seeing them make public appearances as pretty cure's.

I'm so excited for the next episode, especially since we'll get to see Kyun Kyun extremely soon!

Seeing the Cures use their likeness to promote stuff was quite meta, especially considering that they started running this year's Pretty Holic's ads during this episode's broadcast.

ok, time to start Uta and Nana idol career with a photoshoot. It's for promoting Pretty Holic, but it would certainly make the girls more famous as well.

what surprised me about the villains is that the loser of the rock paper scissor is the one who went to fight... Zakkuri looks reluctant to go there.

Cure Wink is currently my fav cure. Her character design somehow reminds me of Lan Yan from Genshin. :)

looking forward to next week!

Outside from the extra derpy faces this episode I did NOT like this episode. It was odd seeing Precure all exposed for show and tell to civilians. They're supposed to be out of sight out of mind as much as possible and yet they're paraded in ads for everyone to see. It was one thing for the fairy to purposely record them as a joke but it's another thing for Precure to actually be blatantly known and I'm wondering if this is Toei soft testing the waters by making the whole atmosphere around Precure less "legendary" and more leaning on the hopes of civilians knowing what Precure are. It's dipping into Power Puff Girls territory. Big no.

And now we see Kokoro make an appearance at the end. Yesu.

I find funny that nobody apparently noticed that the base of operations of these two girls is a carbon-copy of the base of operations of No. 1 Gozyuger, it's the same friggin' bar with the same stairs, with the same piano, etc. Which I guess was made on purpose, but what's the point of broadcasting this series on western streaming services like crunchyshit if you don't stream also No. 1 Sentai Gozyuger (I watch it through fansubs, there's no other way) and Kamen Rider Gavv/Kamen Rider Zeztz (again, I'm forced to watch it through non-official sources, they don't stream it in my country)? it makes no sense whatsoever. As a side note, I'm in love, Cure Idol is officially part of my harem of waifus. Thank you anime producers for instilling in me the blonde hair/blue eyes fetish! The girls can keep their lipstick thing, I keep her for myself. I will need to check out if there are other comparable waifu-material cures in the prior shows.
