The Omegaverse is usually considered a subgenre of BL, though it can also appear in straight or GL stories. In this universe, people have not only a gender but also a secondary one — alpha, beta, or omega — each with unique traits and instincts. Betas are basically ordinary humans, while alphas are often portrayed as strong, dominant, and admired, and omegas as rare, emotional, and able to conceive regardless of sex. Pheromones, heat, rut, and the idea of a lifelong bond through a mating bite are recurring elements, though authors like to play with these rules and explore their own interpretations, which is exactly what makes this genre so intriguing.

Boy's Love stories where we can find the main characters living with kids (or taking care of them). The kids can be part of their family or simply interacting with them as neighbors or in the childcare and so on.
They are usually very fluffy and heart-warming stories.

BL manga are usually quite short — most stories end within 1 to 3 volumes, and it can be so disappointing when a really good one finishes too quickly!
Luckily, there are some amazing longer series out there where the story has time to grow and the characters truly shine.
Here are my favorites (volumes ≥ 5). Some are sequels to other works — I tried to list them in order.
Note: I didn’t include webtoons here, since they tend to be longer by default but sometimes feel a bit shallow in storytelling compared to manga.

BL I’ve completed and enjoyed reading. All of these manga are stuff I have reread multiple times. There are some manga on here with dubious consent so if that triggers you make sure to keep an eye out so that when you go to read it you aren’t blindsided. I hope you find something new to read! These are not even half of the BL manga that I’ve read so I will probably end up making more parts of this. (Working of Explanations!)

Here I will collect all the stories that starts with an already established couple - so the steps of flirting/chase/falling in love etc. are usually skipped and we have the chance to see more about the course and the progress of their love story. Reason why there might be several sequels, I will note it down in that case, so you can read first the original story.
