What happens when your little sister dies from an "incurable" disease? You dedicate your life to studying medicine.. Then die from overworking yourself.

The story is pretty well written, being one of the better isekai mangas i've read. It starts out by showing Yakutani Kanji's workplace which he seems to never get a break from, causing him to develope extreme fatigue which he eventually dies from; New world here we come!

Art: 7
The art is pretty good, some parts i've felt it was drawn poorly but overall there isn't really anything to say about it.

Characters: 6
The characters are average at best, no one really stands out ... as original in any sense. (The main character's "other-world" father really interested me though).

Enjoyment: 9
Just because the characters aren't interesting or the art isn't that spectacular doesn't mean this manga isn't worth reading. The way it explains the diseases and the ingredients used in medicine are so interesting and helped me understand just how much work and time goes into these medicines that physichians invent.

Overall: 7.5
This manga is very interesting, nowhere near being a masterpeice but it will definitely entertain anyone interested in practising medicine or just for a fun read.

So to start off I Don't read much 'slice of life' type manga but i did enjoy this one. When the MC goes to diagnose people and treat them he gives detailed descriptions on what the disease/illness is and how to treat it medically. I don't know how accurate it is since i don't know medicines but I but found this really cool to read since it made me feel like i was learning something. Also seeing how in this world the medical field is basically like the middle ages makes me really appreciate how medicine has really advanced since then.
The Art style ... i found was pretty good. Everything was pretty pleasing to the eye. All the scenes seemed to flow well and wasn't out of place.

While there's not much difference between the anime and the manga, the manga definitely gets across the "This person has a ridiculous amount of knowledge and can think in graphs" style that the character really needs to sell the Pharmacist fantasy

Story and character wise it's really good, character motivations are solid and there's very little "win button" resolution to things when it comes to treatment. It leans hard on the idea of the best treatments taking time and not being a miracle cure all, which I definitely like, makes it feel far more grounded.

If I had a complaint it'd be the ... timeframe bends the bounds of reason, lot of "we constructed this thing that'd take years irl in a few weeks" all over the place, and it sorta breaks the fantasy a bit. But at the same time with how slow paced the timeframe is I get not wanting to do big timeskips of months or years to wait for constructions to finish.
