Manga: Ultimate Shut-In
These are extremely similar in terms of their storytelling, obviously one is a manga and the other is a manhwa - but they both have the perspective of someone who basically plays a colony sim game with real people. If you like either of them you will 100% like the other. Unfortunately the NPC manga was axed and cut short just for reference.

Both feature village building kind off theme. However on Murazukuri the MC doesn't gets summoned to another world, instead he can only act from his world through daily messages he can give his villagers and some other powers he has.
