Though Noblesse is a webtoon and is a lot longer then Shinyaku Ookami ha Kuru, they have a lot of similarities. Both of the main characters are very powerful and they both have friends that they fight with and need to protect. Both have a bit of humor, though Noblesse has more. They also both have vampires and werewolves and the main characters of both convert their enemies to their allies. They are both very well written though Noblesse is easier to understand. 

Both revolve around a man who saves a girl on the verge of being killed by supernatural forces, and then the relationship they develop.
