Young lady works for a celebrity she is a huge fan of and has to take care of his difficult of screen personality. As a result they develop feelings for each other. In Banri's case he is an adult actor and she his assistant manager. With Tamon he is an idol group member and she his house keeper. 

both series are about the relationship between a superfan and her oshi, so have a similar vibe and themes! technically both have personality-switching too, but approached in different ways  

Hardcore fan gets put into her Oshi's house. His public persona turns out to be an act and he shows his true color to her from the start. She goes on to help him with his career, meting his colleagues. The on public cute in actuality arrogant celebrity her age begins developing a crush on the girl too. this describe both series. Both girls call their idol a national treasure to their face, are friends with fellow crazy fans and are eager to invest money into their oshi. 

They are both romcoms that feature love interests from an idolized profession who is revealed to be a massive shut-in with incredibly low self-esteem and are aided by the main character who is helping them get better. 

Both are light-hearted shoujo series that feature a 'not actually perfect' idol ML and a 'loves him anyway' diehard fan FL!  

Both series have a self-assured, 'resists temptation' FL with a closed-off, pretty boy ML. The dynamics are not exactly the same, but they are both wholesome romance manga!
