Yuu is a shy, cute, and ditzy 1st year HS student with the goal of winning over/confessing to her Senpai Altori Mizutori. Yuu is convinced she has to become a "Bad Girl" (Roll Credits) or a delinquent in order to grab more of Mizutori's attention. As you can imagine a cute, straightlaced student going to the dark side isn't as easy as it seems. Yuu get's help from her childood friend Suzu; who many mistake as a delinquent given her looks, for help in this endeavor. Hilarious highjinxs ensue (along with some surprise touching moment sprinkled in for good measure).

Despite the ... Yuri tags you might see on some sights, the girl-on-girl mentions are very tame; not even going so far as a kiss (but there is lewd handholding ftw). You can start to see the edges of a situationship triangle form between Yuu, Mizutori, and Suzu, with Yuu's romcom MC hallmark denseness to situations shining through.

There are other side characters but Suzu is by far the most fleshed out and interesting; especially when her relationship with Yuu is covered. She acts as a kind of anchor for the audience as we see all the cute, silly shenanigans play out in each chapter.

It's worth a read but it might be best to wait a little until the next volume comes out to make more of the story more bingeable.

If you don't want to wait, the anime adaptation is pretty faithful and stops at decent point into the manga.
