Before I get to critiquing various aspects of this particular work, I'd like to say that this was a very delightful read, and I recommend you read it before continuing down this review.
But anyways, let's get started.
Story and Plot:
Nothing too special here. It's the not-so-uncommon "1-year contract marriage into leads developing feelings for each other" plot that is done pretty well.
Overall the story is great, some inconsistencies in logic can be seen at the start (but I honestly think it's just due to the translation being a bit weird at the start since everything seems good in later chapters), but other than that

the story feels naturally paced and there are barely any moments where the reader begins to question the story/author.
The Author inserts trauma into the backstory of characters which is explored ideally, not too much and not too little.
(I won't mark these categories and only leave an overall grade at the end)
Characters:
Characters in this story are very well made and mostly straight to point (what I mean is characters that are meant to be hated are hatable and likable characters are liked).
The character development in this manga is seriously insane because it doesn't just touch the leads but the supporting characters as well. The main leads have, interestingly enough, good backstories that fit in well with their current/future circumstances and which help it feel natural to tie them together. Side characters don't feel bland and aren't over-used so you don't get to feel like there isn't enough progress between main characters.
Basically, all characters are done very well.
Romance:
This IS a romance manga, but I guess I can say that the romantic feelings between the FL and ML are very well managed in regard to the plot. The halts and the signs of progress in their relationship are all understandable and well-placed.
There are no love triangles and the Author doesn't stretch out the pre-confession phase more than it needs to.
Great sugar-inducing romance.
Overall this was an amazing read. I was looking for something to kill time with but instead, I found a personal top 15 contender, needless to say, I enjoyed it immensely. I certainly recommend this to anyone who likes romance.
