Alright, let me tell you, if you're into those second-chance stories and you're tired of the same old "monsters from another dimension/world" trope, this manhwa is going to blow your mind. It's my first dive into a zombie apocalypse setting, and honestly, it's so refreshing. Most manhwas I've read don't even come close to delivering the story as well as this one does.

The Time Travel Twist ⏳: So, the main character (MC) goes back in time, right? But here's the kicker—no game-like superpowers! That's right, no over-the-top cheats, just pure brains and strategy. That alone sets this story apart. We get to see how he ... prepares for the apocalypse, and let me tell you, it's perfect. It’s all wrapped up in one chapter—not too short, not too long—just right. I found myself thinking, "Damn, this guy REALLY prepared," and I didn’t have to scroll through dozens of chapters to get there.

Kingdom-Building Vibes 🏰: If you love those community-building or kingdom-building settings, this one’s for you. The MC is at the center of it all, leading survivors not just against zombies, but against other humans too. You can definitely call him a hero villain, but let's be real—that's exactly what it takes to be a leader in this messed-up world.

This manhwa is a hidden gem. The story, the characters, the tension—it’s all just chef’s kiss 👌. If you're looking for something different, something that's going to keep you on the edge of your seat, 10/10 would recommend. Don't sleep on this one, seriously.

Return to Survival – Quick Review (Spoilers)

At first, I really loved this manhwa. I'm a big fan of zombie stories, and the art and zombie designs (including the variants) were awesome. It had a strong start and a great vibe.

But then things started to change. When the MC started building entire camps, it kind of lost that cool “lone wolf” feeling I liked so much. I eventually got used to it, and it was fine for a while—until they got to the island and met the girl who sees the future. That part was okay too… but then came the whole New Zealand arc, and ... from there, everything felt slow and kind of messy.

Characters and storylines were just dropped, and don't even get me started on the “higher beings” and that ending—it felt totally out of place. If the MC was going to reject all that stuff anyway, why even bring it up? In the end, it just makes the whole reveal feel pointless and leaves a bad taste.

Without all that, this could’ve easily been an 8 or 9/10. But with how the story drops the ball near the end and the MC just choosing to stay ignorant in a fake world… I’m giving it a 6/10.

this manhwa was going so good but the author just got bored of it or didn’t had any ideas left for it and had such a fake ending disappointing, and the author forgot to complete the second story of this manhwa with sweeper.

the character's are very interesting and have good looks the MC back story is meh,
some characters will die some will die stupid ways, and some are saved by the plot

overall the manhwa it had a good story till New Zealand part where it ended i will still recomend it for people who love zombie type.
