The premise really caught my attention, but after the five-year time jump, the plot started to rush.
Since birth, the FL had been segregated in the palace of the empress/deceased mother because of a prophecy that accused her of having to “absorb” her half-sister, born on the same day but from a different mother.
Based on this prophecy, her father and older brothers never paid any attention to her for 10 years, except for a few chance encounters with no real significance, but after ignoring her for all this time, they immediately start taking an interest in her.
The FL meets the ML by chance while reading a
...
spell and accidentally casting it.
Honestly, the romantic part didn't appeal to me much as I found it too forced for the development.
Graphically, there's nothing to say, I was pleasantly hooked on reading it and sometimes I even stopped to admire some of the illustrations.
If you want to while away an afternoon with something light, I recommend reading it, otherwise it's easily forgettable. It's definitely not something I'll reread.
One positive note is that the fact that the FL is reincarnated at the end makes sense for some parts of the plot, which are revealed at the end, but this doesn't have much impact as it's not a classic Isekai where the FL already knows what will happen in the future.
