So... I've read quite a lot of BL stories where the characters are underage, but these are the ones I enjoyed and liked the most because they have so much flavor in them. It just tastes like an orange, you know? Sweet, sour, a little bit astringent and bitter yet fresh. Love in youth does taste like that~

That's also the reason why I didn't put titles with slightly heavy topics/themes (Hidamari ga Kikoeru Series, Given, Hana wa Saku ka, Boy Meets Maria, Paradise View, etc) because they have something more than just love and youth. And that doesn't fit my stack concept. I still love them all very much, though!

Bl where the couple starts out as best friends/childhood friends already. They usually have extreme ‘friendly’ intimacy even before they confess. Often side characters will be surprised if they’re not together and even when they’re apart they often can’t shut up about each other.

Their arcs are usually either 1 of them already being in love and trying to hide it/confess, or abt both of them slowly realising they've always been in love.

Childhood friends who’ve fallen out/lost contact or aren’t very close are excluded. Mostly excluding smut-heavy ones bc they're not the right vibe for what I'm looking for (also excludes sequels, for space)

Hi, manga challenges are back. This time for the new year it's numbers! Each manga contains the number 1-25, listed in order and once again they are all completed, short, and a mix of different genres and demographics. Read some or read 'em all and either way hope you have fun and find something new.

Usual disclaimer: You know how this works, we have not read any of these yet so cannot guarantee the contents however according to MAL there should be no hentai and no erotica. Read at your own discretion.

Baseball is a common motif in BL, especially yaoi manga, and for good reason! It is arguably the most popular sport in Japan. Sport settings are already one of the best set-ups for BL, and baseball is a classic that always fosters an interesting and fulfilling love story.

This list , in addition to the requisite BL romance, will contain works centered around baseball in some way--some more peripheral than others (e.g. Kyo Kara Maoh!, in which the protagonist's love of baseball is a recurring subject and is relevant to the plot, but the story is not centered directly around (only) baseball). Sometimes the relation to baseball will be simply that one of the leads is/was recently a baseball player (e.g. Gataphishi).

TL;DR = BL with baseball themes/motifs/settings!
