I believe this is the only Manhwa I am reading where the story focuses on the working life.
The MC is just an unlucky guy who was barely making ends meet in a Blue Collar job?
Then all of a sudden, he gets an invitation to join the world of gamification at work.
Sounds funky but it's true, the entire story is about MC moving up in the workforce as a game.
I admire the gaming system for not turning him into a complete "cheat," it's more like a guide. Where it offers him more options and knowledge while he still acts on his good values.

The most boring workplace drama I've ever read. If your idea of a fun story is selling TVs at a department store then maybe this is for you. It seriously feels like recruitment propaganda for some soulless corporation. No high-stakes business deals here. Instead we get Excel spreadsheets, extended warranties, and drinking coffee. The MC is so dull and boring it's hard to even believe they are the MC. The idea of a "leveling up" story within an office setting could be fun, but obviously this author had other ideas. Why they went the route of a dull office drama I have no idea.
