It's not horrible but it's very far from good.
The thing about the "ghosts" of past famous musicians is a tad interesting but very poorly executed. Indeed the writer chose the worst possible way, by going through each of them one by one, so that you have a generic phase where every ghost cheers on him and he gets in the debut, then he literally becomes the new Freddy Mercury, then the new Paganini, then there's Hip Hop, and although he has talent to begin with, there's no particular effort whatsoever in how he incarnates each ghost's speciality.
At same time, the role played by the ... ghosts is so ambiguous and marginal that it feels like mere show-off for a story's concept, I mean it's not even remotely used as it could have.

Also, I bet my left testicle that the writer is some Unification Church fan, because there's a very strong, DISGUSTING "be good" moralism, a sort of boy-scout nice-boy forgiving enemies and even trying to help them.
Not once he does ANYTHING to get back at people who tried to fuck him up.
The MC is a disgusting pushover, and I am allergic to pushovers.

There are a few nice moments but overall it's all a huge show off with zero substance. Although the art is amazing and the way the artists brings to life the visions that the audience has with the performances is quite cool, I liked MUCH more another idol manhwa where the art was much worse and the story was less showy.

I cant honestly recommend this, tho I am sure that there will be people who will like it, specially for the art.
