Finally, Sevens has a manga adaptation. As a fan of Web Novel since the very beginning, there's no word can describe my happiness now. I know there are big differences between the WN and manga adaptation, since the manga is based on LN (and even then, there usually are difference between manga and LN too). Therefore, take these comments with a grain of salt.
Firstly, about the story and characters. It's somewhat slow, and cliche at the beginning. You have a naive, weak nobleman who got kicked out of his house and started his adventure to regain everything. He has a girl by his side, and
...
she's loyal to him for whatever reason. Additionally, he got a somewhat cheat item which provides him the help of his ancestors.
However, don't just stop reading, it's just the tip of an iceberg. There are reasons for everything, and it'll be very satisfying when you find out. Lyle - the protagonist, will have slow, but significant character developments when the story proceeds. There are also hilarious moments, too, something much better than average shounen mangas out there.
Secondly, my opinions about the artwork. Some people think the change in art style doesn't fit the series, which I completely disagree. I love Nagy-sensei's style, it feels much less of an instant-noodles product, but a masterpiece. The only part I don't like is... what tf are those naked Celes pictures? Man, she's a teenager, and if you've finished the WN, you'd know why I am complaining.
In conclusion, guys, read it. It'll be adapted to anime in a few years I believe.
