Synopsis

Randomly starting reading this series and caught up within 30 minutes.
I have read my own fair share of upcoming mangaka series though this one stands out.
The MC's are not young teenagers or typical highschoolers, you got decent hard working adults following the corporate life. It just happened both of them had failed childhood dreams in art so their passions are rekindled in a way.

What's attracting me to this series is the realism which isn't ignored. In the first chapter, you are hit with the reality check of bills, medical expenses, rent, etc. The common rule of understanding Art is a passion over pay job.

"Monochrome Days" is such a cool and unique manga! It pulls you right into the world of mangakas and their struggles, showing what it’s like to chase dreams, give up on them, and then fight to bring them back. It’s super inspiring and hits you in all the right places.

The art? Absolutely wild. The characters’ eyes aren’t even symmetrical, and somehow, that just works. It’s so different from anything I’ve read, and it makes everything feel raw and real. Honestly, it’s such a vibe.
