When his momm- I mean, when his boss and cult leader is betrayed and poisoned, the protagonist reveals to her that he loves her! When she unexpectedly returns his love, he also reveals that he is a regressor - meaning he will be reborn a few years in the past. He has to promise to seduce her in the past and so they both take their last breath as they are penetrated by the weapons of the traitors...
I'll be honest, I was expecting and hoping for something different. So when I realised that this was yet another regressor story, I was inclined to abandon it.

After all, I was expecting a romance in the style of "Munou na Mamahaha desu ga, Kazoku no Dekiai ga Tomarimasen!" - aka woman and villain get together and the villain loves her more than anything and destroys anyone who even dares to look at her the wrong way... only the other way round. So that he gets together with a villainess.
Nevertheless, I've continued reading and so far I'm rather unimpressed. This is probably less because the manhwa is really bad and more because it feels like nothing has happened in the 18 chapters so far that has anything to do with the title.
The standard regression porridge is served up here and I've eaten it so often that I've become saturated. Simply because a certain potential shines through, I was still persuaded to give it 6 out of 10 stars.
