Synopsis

Defiant and vulgar, Princess Kaguya Takenouchi is not the heir to the moon's Silver Court that her mother's retainers had hoped for. But when the empress falls ill during a wave of terrorist attacks, Kaguya resolves to do right by her people and rise to the occasion.

Unfortunately, Kaguya's enemies are a step ahead of her, and she ends up ejected from the moon and stranded on the primitive Tainted World below. Can she find her way back to the moon and reclaim the throne that is rightfully hers from the usurpers?

Gekka Bijin, a 5-volume manga. Mostly I bought it for the cover, the antique style immediately attracted me, as soon as I bought it I would not have thought it would give me all these emotions, in the end I almost cried.
Maybe the ending was a little quick, and some of the pieces were a bit confusing, but overall it's a truly beautiful story, full of action and comedy, the characters are well characterized and the drawing style is particular (but really beautiful). The change of the protagonist has been done perfectly, making her grow, keeping her story, the same thing goes for the enemies ...
