In both series, the main character makes a deal with a demon to avenge their fallen relatives. Both take place in a past society. I personally like Black Butler more, but Sengoku Blood is still good for the deal with demons category.

Both manga are of the gender bender category. Also, both the cross dressers are replacing an important person(in Shounen Oujo its a princess while in Sengoku Blood its the lord of a country) who gets killed. Shounen Oujo takes place in a country where women are superior to men while Sengoku Blood takes place in olden Japan where women are thought of to be inferior to men. Both manga are also still ongoing(at this time that I am typing this). There exist attendants in both that are loyal to the people the cross dressers are impersonating and are willing to help  read more

Both have: - Strong heroine crossdressing as a boy and fighting like a man. - In both, the heroine has dead family members. - Both are set in the same historical time and even share a common character: Oda Nobunaga. - The heroine is somehow related to Oda Nobunaga: In KnH she is his secret lover while in SB she is his sister. - KnH has shoujo-ai hints while SB has supernatural. - Both have beautiful artwork.

In both: - Heroine grew up in the shadow of her twin brother who was the "chosen one" and so she was ignored by the villagers and only got along with her twin and her guardian. - Heroine replaces her deceased twin brother, assumes his identity and becomes the leader of a war/revolution.
